Terms of Use

This document is not yet available in your language. The English version is shown below.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") explain the rules for using TWENTYFIVE, a coworking space in Tbilisi, Georgia, operated by Dobera LLC (identification number 200004878), registered in Georgia (the "Company," "we," "us," or "TWENTYFIVE").
We have tried to write these Terms in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at space@twentyfive.live and we will explain.
By booking a desk, buying a membership, visiting the space, or using our website at twentyfive.live (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Use TWENTYFIVE
- You must be at least 16 years old to book a desk, use membership or hold an account.
- You must give us accurate information when you book or register (name, email, phone number).
- Business accounts (companies booking desks for their team) are allowed. The company and each individual user are both responsible for following these Terms.
2. Our Services
TWENTYFIVE offers a co-working space located at 25, Lado Asatiani street, Tbilisi, Georgia. The space is equipped with 14 available desks and chairs, power outlets, Wifi or Ethernet connection, heating, AC and other ancillary amenities needed for a physical person to use for their needs – usually for work or study.
The information below describes the services available for users, subject to availability:
| Plan | Access | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Desk | 1 Desk of your choice, 24 hours from entering | 30 GEL / 24 hours | Pay per visit. No commitment. |
| Weekly Membership | 1 Desk of your choice, 7 consecutive days from entering | 120 GEL / 7 days | One-time purchase, does not auto-renew. |
| Monthly Membership | Dedicated desk of your choice, 1 calendar month | 350 GEL / month | Auto-renews monthly unless cancelled (see Section 7). |
| Event Space | Full space or designated area, by arrangement | On request | Confirmed in writing before the event date. |
We do not have a separate meeting room, so meetings are not available at Twentyfive.
Exact prices, current plans, and availability are shown on our booking page at twentyfive.live. Where the booking page and this document differ on price, the price shown at checkout at the time of your booking applies.
We may change plan prices from time to time. Any change applies to new bookings or renewals only – never to a plan you've already paid for.
3. Virtual Address Services
If you need a legal address for your business in Tbilisi, or simply want to receive mail without using your home address, TWENTYFIVE offers Virtual Address Services.
3.1 What's Included
- Legal Address (companies only): a letter of consent allowing you to register your company at our address: Lado Asatiani 25, floor 1, area 33, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0108.
- Mail Handling (everyone): we receive letters addressed to you at our address. Unless you ask us to forward a letter unopened, we open it, scan it, and email it to you (or to another address you specify). Forwarding is subject to additional fees.
- We handle each piece of correspondence within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Your correspondence is kept confidential and handled with care.
3.2 Who Can Use This
- Individuals (natural persons): You can use our address to register Individual Entrepreneurship on our address, and receive personal or business correspondence.
- Legal entities (companies): both Legal Address and Mail Handling – for registering your company at our address and receiving its correspondence.
3.3 Fees
| Plan | Who it's for | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Address for mail handling | Individuals / Companies | USD 250 per year | Billed annually in advance. No legal address registration. |
| Legal Address + Mail Handling | Individual Entrepreneurs / Companies | USD 400 per year | Billed annually in advance, from your registration date. |
Forwarding or resending physical mail (rather than scanning and emailing it) is available on request and is charged separately, based on the courier or postal service used. We will confirm the fee with you before resending.
3.4 Your Responsibilities
- Keep the email address, and any forwarding address, that you've given us up to date, so we can reach you.
- If you registered your company at our address, you remain responsible for updating your registered address with the Public Registry if you stop using this service. We may keep forwarding mail to your last known address, or charge a continuation fee, until your registration is updated.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the business activity you register or conduct using our address.
4. Booking and Access
4.1 Booking
- Desks are booked through our Website or booking page, or directly with our team by email or messaging on any messenger indicated on our website. In case auto-renewal is required, payments should be made directly through our terminal machine located at the premises, or bank transaction.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us, or once payment is completed, whichever we require for that plan.
- We allocate desks and rooms based on availability.
4.2 Getting In – Self-Service Access
TWENTYFIVE is a self-service space. We don't have staff permanently on site, so access works as follows:
- Once you've contacted us or completed your booking, we'll send you entry instructions — including an entry code and the Wifi details — by email or message.
- To get in, enter your code on the keypad on the door handle. Touching the handle lights up the numbers.
- Keep your entry code and Wifi password confidential. Please don't share them with anyone outside your own booking, other than guests you're responsible for under Section 8.
- Make sure the door is properly closed behind you when you enter or leave. The door locks automatically within 10 seconds of entering.
- If your code doesn't work or you're having trouble getting in, contact us (direct call suggested) and we'll help as soon as we can.
4.3 Access Hours
- TWENTYFIVE is accessible with your entry code 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for any scheduled maintenance or closures we notify you about in advance.
5. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of booking, unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, for recurring monthly invoicing).
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout on our Website (cards and other methods we may add from time to time).
- If you haven't paid through the Website, you can pay on site using the card payment terminal in the space. The terminal will show clear on-screen instructions for entering the price of your plan and completing payment by card.
- Monthly memberships are billed in advance for each membership month and renew automatically until cancelled (see Section 7).
- Virtual Address annual fees are billed in advance each year and renew automatically until cancelled (see Section 7).
- All prices include applicable Georgian taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Using the Space – House Rules
To keep TWENTYFIVE comfortable and productive for everyone, please:
- Respect other members – keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in shared work areas.
- Keep shared areas clean after use.
- Do not bring in anything illegal, hazardous, or that could damage the space or endanger others.
- No smoking or e-cigarettes, and no alcohol or illegal substances, anywhere in the space.
- Use the space only for its intended purpose – work or study – not as a residence or for unrelated commercial activity.
- Follow access instructions and safety rules.
- Don't prop the entry door open or let in anyone who isn't part of your own booking or an approved guest (see Section 8).
- Do not use the space for unlawful activity, harassment of other members or staff, or activity that puts others at risk.
- If you notice any damage, safety issue, or incident, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp or at space@twentyfive.live.
We may ask a member to leave for the day, or suspend or end a membership, if these house rules are seriously or repeatedly broken. Where reasonably possible, we will give a warning first.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Daily Desk
Daily Desk passes cover 24 hours from the time your entry code is activated, and are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to reschedule, contact us and we will try to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed.
7.2 Weekly Membership (7 days)
The Weekly Membership is a one-time, non-refundable purchase covering 7 consecutive days from the start date you select. It does not auto-renew – if you want another week, you book and pay again.
7.3 Monthly Membership
- Monthly Membership renews each month automatically unless you cancel.
- To cancel, message us on any messenger, or email space@twentyfive.live at least 1 day before your next renewal date. If you cancel later than that, we will charge you based on the number of days you visit Twentyfive.
- We do not refund the unused portion of a membership month if you cancel partway through, or if you simply do not use the space during a paid month.
- The exception: if we close the space or are unable to provide the service for reasons within our control (for example, an extended unplanned closure), we will refund the unused, affected days on request.
7.4 Virtual Address Services
- Legal Address and Mail Handling are billed annually in advance and renew automatically each year unless you cancel.
- To cancel, email space@twentyfive.live at least 30 days before your renewal date. Fees already paid for the current year are non-refundable.
- If you used the Legal Address to register a company, cancelling this service does not by itself change your registered address at the Public Registry – that update is your responsibility (see Section 3.4).
- We will remove the registered legal address from the company's registration in case payment for the service is delayed for more than 1 (one) month.
7.5 How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Guests and Visitors
- Members may bring occasional guests for short visits with advance notice to our team; guests are not permitted to work independently from a member's desk without their own booking.
- Members are responsible for their guests' conduct while at TWENTYFIVE and agree that guests will follow these Terms and our house rules.
9. Your Belongings and Liability
- You are responsible for your own laptop, equipment, and personal belongings. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
- TWENTYFIVE provides reasonable physical security for the space, including the self-service entry code system, video surveillance, but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
- You are responsible for keeping your entry code confidential. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage resulting from your code being shared with, or used by, someone else.
- You are liable for any damage you or your guests cause to our furniture, equipment, or premises beyond normal wear and tear.
- If you cause damage, please pay for the cost of repair or replacement within 5 business days of our request.
10. Ending Your Membership or Account
- You can end a recurring desk membership at any time by giving the notice described in Section 7.3, or a Virtual Address service by giving the notice described in Section 7.4.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or our house rules, if payment fails and is not corrected within a reasonable time we notify you of, or if required by law.
- Ending your membership does not cancel charges already due for the current paid period.
- If we end your access for one of the reasons above, any fees you've already paid are not refunded, and you may only return to TWENTYFIVE with our prior written approval.
11. Intellectual Property
The TWENTYFIVE name, logo, and website content belong to Dobera LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. This does not affect your own work or materials, which remain yours.
12. Your Data and Privacy
We collect and use personal data (such as your name, email, and phone number) to run bookings, memberships, and the space. This includes correspondence we handle for you under Virtual Address Services, which we treat as confidential. Details are in our separate Privacy Policy, available on our Website, which forms part of these Terms.
Some of the tools we use to run TWENTYFIVE — for example, email and website analytics — may process your data outside Georgia. Details, including the safeguards we use, are in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers and Limits on Our Liability
We provide the space and our services with reasonable care and skill, but:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access – for example, occasional maintenance, internet outages, power outages, or events beyond our control may affect availability.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business or lost profits) arising from your use of the space.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
- Except as stated above, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnification
If you break these Terms, act unlawfully while using TWENTYFIVE, or cause harm to us or someone else through your own actions, you agree to cover any resulting claims, losses, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that TWENTYFIVE has to pay because of it. This applies to your own conduct and to that of any guest you bring in under Section 8.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new services or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on our Website and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify active members by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use TWENTYFIVE after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
- If you have a concern, please contact us first at space@twentyfive.live so we can try to resolve it directly. We'll aim to sort things out within 30 days.
- If we can't resolve a dispute directly within that time, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia.
